Fort Wayne Metals, manufacturer of wire-based medical materials, has acquired G&S Titanium, a company specializing in titanium and specialty alloy wire and bar drawing.
The transaction allows Fort Wayne Metals to add new products and increase capabilities.
Wooster, Ohio-based G&S Titanium manufactures most grades of titanium and many other alloys in the form of shaped bars, fastener wire, spring wire, weld wire, medical wire and precision ground medical bar. The company will remain in its current facilities and operate under the name G&S Bar and Wire, LLC.
