Fort Wayne Metals will expand its Allen County, Indiana, operations through a U.S. $51.1 MM investment. The expansion is expected to create up to 337 new jobs by 2021.
Plans are underway on construction of a two-story, 40,000-square-foot addition to the corporate office building and to revitalize a newly purchased 60,000-square-foot building. By expanding, Fort Wayne Metals seeks to increase production capacity for precision wire and wire-based components for the medical device industry.
