About Us
Carpenter Technology offers titanium, cobalt, and stainless-steel alloys for critical medical applications, supporting performance and reliability in orthopedics, dental, surgical, instrumentation, and cardiology markets. Value-Added Services include cutting, chamfering, straightening, precision grinding, and laser marking. We also provide powder manufacturing, high-performance magnetic materials, and motor stacks for surgical robot designs.

Medical Grade Titanium
- Titanium produced in rectangular bars, rounds, wire, or coil forms with superior mechanical properties
- Dynamet ultrabar with the tightest tolerances in the industry for increased throughput and decreased yield loss with near-net-shape results
- Gas atomized titanium powders optimized for AM or spray coatings with high purity
- Grade 23+ providing higher tensile strength and longevity with lower oxygen content

- Low-stress, straight-form 17-4 reduces machine downtime and is optimal for swiss-style screw machines and lights-out manufacturing.
