New CEO for Diener AG Precision Machining

Acrotec Medtech announced the appointment of Lucas van der Merwe as CEO of Diener AG Precision Machining. Diener is an Acrotec Group company.

With his extensive experience as former CEO of Bächler Feintech and Group CEO of Klingel Medical Metal Group, an Elos Medtech Company (both now companies of Elos Medtech), van der Merwe will drive organizational development and support Diener’s growth in the medtech sector.

Acrotec extended thanks to Daniele Marco Galatioto for his commitment as interim CEO, and to COO Linus Diener, who is leaving the company to continue his education.
