
Norman Noble promoted Dan Stefano to Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Stefano has been instrumental in driving Norman Noble’s growth, holding various positions throughout his 24-year career, most recently as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Technology.
Since joining Norman Noble in 2001, Dan has had an outstanding track record of leadership, innovation and quality, and is prepared to guide the company into an exciting new era of continued growth and success.
“As we look to the future, my focus is on driving operational excellence and fostering innovation while leveraging our highly skilled workforce,” said Dan Stefano. “I am confident that our talented team and industry-leading capabilities will position us for continued success.”
With this change, Chris Noble and Scott Noble have taken on new roles as Co-Chairmen of the Board of Directors. Chris and Scott will focus on long-term strategy, succession planning, and governance.
