At GlobalMed Logistix, we provide inventory accuracy and real-time operational information by offering a web-based distribution and inventory management system. This innovative solution provides item level inventory visibility and real-time tracking that automates inventory traceability from when your products enter our system to when they are consumed by the end-user. Additionally, our system provides software alerts and workflows for quarantined, recalled or expiring products.

Over the years, our highly skilled inventory team has mastered this field solutions software program, which allows us to work seamlessly with our customer service, loaner kit processing, warehousing and distribution services resulting in maximum inventory visibility and inventory shrink reduction.

GlobalMed Logistix offers an ISO 13485 certified warehousing facility to house and distribute everything from medical devices (implants and instrumentation) to an assortment of healthcare products. Our goal is to help our customers effectively manage their dynamic business which in turn will reduce their overall cost and allow them to efficiently scale.

GMLx assists customers in achieving such goals by streamlining the medical distribution channel, enhancing speed of delivery and turnaround time of critical procedural implants, devices and loaner kits to the end-users. This approach relieves constraints on valuable resources and removes obstacles associated with distribution that many manufacturers commonly experience.

The GlobalMed Logistix Quality Management System is extremely adaptable and provides the GMLx client with multifaceted layers of protection from a regulatory perspective. GMLx’s quality services include but are not limited to: QMS Management & Audit Support, Initial Importer, U.S Agent Repackaging, Product Complaint Handling, and Inventory Traceability.

GMLx holds a current ISO 13485:2016 certification and adheres to the regulations mandated by the FDA for all operational, inventory management and storage functions. The GMLx Quality Management System is designed to comply with the applicable parts of ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820 Quality System Requirements, 803 (Medical Device Report & MDR), 806 (Corrections and Recalls), 807 (Establishment Registration) and other regulatory and statutory requirements.
