Millstone Medical Outsourcing has acquired MycoScience, provider of medical device and pharmaceutical laboratory testing, environmental testing and related regulatory support services.
The addition of MycoScience enhances Millstone’s ability to offer end-to-end services through its Tier 1 approach to sourcing and support. Millstone provides advanced inspection, sterile and non-sterile packaging services, loaner kit processing, field returns and HCT/P storage and distribution to its orthopedic device company customers.
MycoScience’s leadership team will remain in place. MycoScience CEO Sarath Koruprolu said, “Over the last 30 years, MycoScience has helped our customers bring amazing new devices and medicines to market for better patient outcomes.
