Tegra Medical, an end-to-end contract manufacturer in the medical device industry, is pleased to announce that Darren Vine has accepted the position of Director of Sales and Marketing, Europe. Vine will report to Walter Kobler, Chief Executive Officer and Head of SFS Division Medical, and will be responsible for continuing to build the company’s presence as it expands into new worldwide markets.
“Darren brings a wealth of experience to our management team,” said Kobler. “We’re looking forward to tapping his track record of building relationships in the medtech industry as we work together to support Tegra Medical’s global growth initiatives.”
Vine’s two most recent positions were in medical device contract manufacturing: Business Development and Marketing Director at XL Precision Technologies and Director of Sales and Business Development EU/Asia for Accellent, Inc. Earlier positions included SpeedFam-IPEC and Sandvik Steel UK Ltd.
Vine attended Sunderland University, where he earned H.N.D and Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Mechanical Engineering.
