Hydroxyapatite, α-TCP, TTCP, β-TCP and Biphasic Calcium phosphate powders, cement, granules and shapes can be manufactured to your specifications: (Si/Mg/Sr/Mn/Fe/Zn/Ag)-doped or carbonated materials with specific porosities, surface areas or density specifications.

We provide Calcium Phosphate specific characterizations: dissolution testing to ASTM F1926, X-ray diffraction and FTIR. Applications include: coating powders, fillers in resorbable polymer blends, bone void fillers, cements.

CaP Biomaterials has a broad range of analytical capabilities. These include x-ray diffraction, Fourier transformation Infra-red scanning, particle size morphology and size measurements, D-ratio, and other “standard” measurements performed on calcium phosphates.
