MedTorque Launches TRI-GEAR Surgical Ratchets in Europe

MedTorque commenced European launch of TRI-GEAR™ silicone handle ratchets for use in orthopaedic and spine surgery. With a recent CE Mark approval, the products are ready for immediate sale.

TRI-GEAR technology uses three gears with 20 interlocking teeth that allow for both forward and reverse functionality, vs. the traditional two-pawl design, with just one or two teeth engaged for each direction. TRI-GEAR ratchets are available in axial/in-line, T-handle and palm styles and can be customized with color, logos and artwork.
