Lucideon Doubles Wear Testing Capabilities in the U.S.

Lucideon invested in a new 6-station knee wear testing simulator, doubling its capacity to perform knee wear testing for orthopaedic implant manufacturers and bringing the total investment in this service to >£1MM (~US 1.5MM) across the group.

Lucideon offers wear and fatigue testing and debris analysis from sites in the UK and U.S. The company has invested in gold standard AMTI and ProSim wear simulators and performs testing to all parts of ISO 14242 for hip and ISO 14243 for knee wear simulation.
