Cretex Medical Acquires Select Assets and Capabilities of Holland Molds

Cretex Medical, provider of contract medical device manufacturing and engineering services, acquired select assets and capabilities of Holland Molds in Wadena, Minnesota. Known for its quality and dedication to satisfying customer needs, Holland is a provider of sophisticated tooling for plastic injection molding. The transaction closed on June 10, 2026.

“Providing design and build support for high-quality tooling is essential for serving our strategic customers,” said Steve Williams, President of Cretex Medical, CDT. “Cretex has a long history with Holland Molds, when this opportunity arose to add this capacity to our current in-house, abilities we jumped at the chance.”

Cretex Medical offers precision-molded components and assemblies for a wide variety of medical devices across multiple markets. “We’ve built a scalable manufacturing platform around capabilities our customers value most,” said Nick Morrison, COO of Cretex Companies. “Holland’s expertise strengthens that foundation and positions us for continued growth.”

Operations at the Wadena facility will continue in alignment with other Cretex Medical locations.
