EPTAM Precision Solutions, an outsourced manufacturer of high-precision medical device components and finished devices, has appointed Steve Cardin as its new Chief Operations Officer. In his new role, Steve will lead all aspects of Operations, Greenfield Businesses, and Supply Chain across EPTAM’s growing manufacturing platform.
Steve brings more than two decades. of global operations leadership with deep expertise in Lean, continuous improvement and low-cost-region manufacturing. He previously served as VP & Chief Operating Officer at UFP Technologies, where he oversaw the design and manufacture of medical devices, sterile packaging and robotic surgical drape systems. During his tenure, he integrated multiple acquired operations and drove a company-wide Lean Enterprise Initiative. His extensive experience in the medical device industry also includes senior roles at Viant Medical, Vention Medical and ATEK Medical.
