
Andreas S. Weller, President & CEO of Tecomet, announced the appointment of Don Payerle to Tecomet’s Board of Directors.
Don Payerle is a skilled global leader with extensive executive leadership experience, particularly in the orthopedic and medical device markets. He has a strong background in driving market growth, reinforcing relationships with key opinion leaders, and accelerating
business growth organically and through acquisition plans while establishing strong strategic plans to achieve market leadership.
He focuses on developing strong team cultures with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Don has worked at Stryker since 1992,
assuming roles of greater responsibility over his career. Currently, Don is the advisor to the group president and past president of Stryker’s Joint Replacement division.
During his career with Stryker, Don led four global businesses across various service lines and has driven success with operational responsibilities throughout the Unites States, Europe, and Asia Pacific. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
Tecomet’s Board also welcomed Sally Macaluso, a highly respected Procurement Executive with comprehensive experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Consumer Industries. Sally is currently the Chief Procurement Officer for GE HealthCare, a role she has held since 2023. Prior to joining GE HealthCare, Ms. Macaluso worked at Johnson & Johnson in various procurement leadership roles including Chief Procurement Officer of the MedTech business.
