Marle Group Acquires Nowak

Marle Group acquired France-based Nowak. The Marle Group now has 13 production facilities globally that are exclusively focused on orthopedic, trauma and spine implants and instruments, and surgical robotics manufacturing for OEMs worldwide.

This acquisition adds two new French facilities to Marle’s portfolio: Marle Nowak in Pancé, a medical casting location, and Marle Belmonte in Valence, which is a medical device manufacturing location mainly focused on machining and finishing of orthopedic implants. Both facilities are ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified with robust quality systems.

Marle now has eight facilities in France, one Swiss and four U.S. facilities to support its global customers. Marle Group will continue to make strategic acquisitions and partnerships to expand its value-added portfolio for its OEM customers. Recent transactions included the purchases of Elite Medical, Tangible Solutions and 3D MEDLAB.
