Phillips Precision Medicraft Appoints VP of Sales & Business Development

Phillips Precision Medicraft, a contract manufacturer of orthopedic medical devices, including implants, instrumentation, delivery systems, cases, and trays, announced the appointment of Terrence Sullivan as their new Vice President of Sales and Business Development.

Terrence is an industry veteran with 20+ years of orthopedic industry experience. He began his medical device career in 2001 at Zimmer Biomet, where he worked for 19 years. From 201 to 2015 he managed and led their New York sales team’s trauma, patient care, foot and ankle, and orthopedic total joint reconstruction divisions for all accounts. In 2016 as Team lead, when Zimmer acquired Biomet, Mr. Sullivan was promoted to director and awarded Biomet’s large joint and extremity reconstruction business while still managing the Zimmer side of the portfolio. Most recently, he successfully launched the first U.S. patient-specific solutions designed and produced at the ProMade Point of Care Center for Complex Orthopedic Solutions at HSS (ProMade PoC), a collaboration with LimaCorporate.

“Terrence is an enthusiastic visionary with a focus and passion for innovation. We’re excited to have him on board,” said John Phillips, President of PPM’s Implants and Instrumentation division.

Terrence will oversee and lead PPM’s global sales efforts in his new role. Speaking on his new appointment, Mr. Sullivan commented, “I am honored to be part of this exceptional team in this leadership role and look forward to leading our global sales efforts and helping our customers continue to expand, grow, and deliver world-class products that improve the health and well-being of all we serve.”
