Mediliant Group announced Rob Debney as its new Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In a continued effort to further enhance the company’s services and answer customers’ needs, Debney was added to the leadership team.
CEO Matt Burba said, “Rob’s expertise, considerable leadership and management skills, and his ability to work in a high-pressure environment makes him the ideal candidate for his role on the executive team. As the company continues to build momentum, expand capabilities, and enhance customer experiences, the growth of the leadership team plays an important role in the overall success.”
Debney has an extensive career in the medical device industry, starting at Stryker where he worked for its UK Trauma and Extremity sales team. After relocating to France, he began work with Orchid, where he spent several successful years in commercial positions before finally taking on the role of Director, International Business Development. He has spent the last year consulting for various international companies specializing in spine, trauma, and extremities, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge of the industry and market competition. Prior to that, Debney was a professional athlete, working for the Rugby Football Union as a full-time Referee.
