We surveyed orthopedic OEMs, suppliers, surgeons and researchers, asking them which technology will disrupt orthopedics the most over the next decade or two. Nearly a third of respondents said regenerative therapies would have the most profound impact on orthopedics. More than a quarter of respondents chose artificial intelligence, which is likely to have a wide influence across orthopedic technologies and applications. Click on the infographic below to see how additive manufacturing, materials and robotics and navigation ranked.
More highlights from the survey will be published in the October issue of BONEZONE, as we look 20 years in the future.
