OKAY Industries Promotes Redi Nasto to Business Development Engineer – Laser Technologies

OKAY Industries, Inc., a contract manufacturer of components and subassemblies for global medical device Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), is pleased to announce the promotion of Redi Nasto to Business Development Engineer – Laser Technologies.

In his new role, Nasto will focus on the company’s growth initiatives by engaging with customers on early-stage research and development (R&D) prototypes, design for manufacturability (DFM) development, introduction of innovative technologies for specific applications, and be the liaison for seamless hand-offs to the OKAY new product development (NPD) and project management teams. He will support the business development team on new and existing opportunities for OKAY’s three state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities located in New Britain and Berlin, Connecticut and Alajuela, Costa Rica.

Born and raised in Albania, Nasto came to the U.S. with his family in 2004 and earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Central Connecticut State University. He currently resides in Wolcott, CT with his family.
