Medbio Expands Implant Molding Capabilities

Medbio recently launched an additional, dedicated implant molding cell, expanding on the company’s injection molding offerings.

Medbio specializes in precision injection molding, instrument manufacturing, laser processing, packaging and component parts.

Continued growth in implantable component manufacturing for neurology and orthopaedic OEMs resulted in Grand Rapids, Michigan-based Medbio to expand its molding capacity to an ISO Class 7 certified clean room, which houses two 55-ton electric presses with Arburg micro-molding modules.
