Orchid Announces Organizational Changes

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions enacted a number of organizational changes to support critical strategic initiatives across its operations.

Commercial Excellence:

• Matt Burba is appointed to the newly created global role of Executive Vice President – Commercial
• Joe Zuzula is appointed to the newly created position of Vice President – Commercial Excellence, to streamline customer-facing processes

Operational Excellence:

• Mark Burba is appointed to the newly created role of Executive Vice President – Operations, leading all North American General Managers and associated operations
• Jason Ratcliffe, General Manager – Orchid Bridgeport, will have the increased responsibility of General Manager – Orchid Chelsea, reporting to Mark Burba
• Matt Scott, General Manager – Orchid California, will have increased responsibility of General Manager – Orchid Connecticut (Milford), also reporting to Mark Burba
• Andrew Ferreri was named Director of Global Planning, to lead “Class A” Integrated Business Planning, also reporting to Mark Burba

Global Excellence:

• Roger Burger is named General Manager – Orchid Switzerland, following Jordi Garcia-Forgas’ previously-announced voluntary departure at the end of 2016
• Oliver Wu, Leader of Orchid China, will report to Roger for Suzhou operations and to Paul Hewitt for sales
• Christopher Norbye has announced his resignation from Orchid, staying on until the end of November
