Nelipak Acquires Tegrant Alloyd Brands, a Medical Thermoformer

Nelipak acquired Tegrant Alloyd Brands, manufacturer of thermoformed rigid packaging for medical markets, including orthopaedics.

The business will operate as Nelipak® Healthcare Packaging. Presently, Tegrant’s customers are located in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, and products include trays, clamshells and blisters. The new entity will further develop its thermoformed packaging products and service capabilities for the healthcare market.
