Sil-Pro Acquires Machining Solutions

Sil-Pro, a provider of contract manufacturing and engineering services to the medical device industry, will take sole ownership of Machining Solutions (formerly MMI Precision), a provider of high precision machining to the medical, aerospace, defense and specialty equipment markets.

Machining Solutions will begin doing business as Sil-Pro in January 2016 on Sil-Pro’s campus in Delano, Minnesota. Sil-Pro’s in-house machining department will offer custom machined parts for the medical industry, while continuing to serve existing aerospace and defense customers.
