Materialise Expands Its Collaboration With Consensus Orthopedics to Include ACO Hip Guides

Materialise announced that Consensus Orthopedics will use its Acetabular Cup Orientation (ACO) Hip Guide System. The Materialise ACO Hip Guide System, a platform comprising 3D surgical planning software and patient-specific surgical guides for hip surgery, allows surgeons to predictably plan hip surgeries based on the patient’s specific anatomy and structural damage. Based on that pre-operative plan, patient-specific guides are designed and 3D printed for use during surgery. This platform will now be joined by Consensus Orthopedics.
