Arcam Acquires DiSanto Technology

Arcam acquired its strategic contract manufacturing partner, DiSanto Technology, for US $15.8MM in cash and stock. For the last 12 months, DiSanto generated revenue of ~$12MM. DiSanto will become a subsidiary of Arcam and will continue operations under its existing management. (Source: Arcam)
