Secant Medical Names New Vice President, Operations

Secant Medical has appointed John D’Ottavio as Vice President, Operations. He will oversee all company manufacturing processes, including those within the textile, extrusion and advanced biomaterials departments.

D’Ottavio was previously the plant technical manager for JDSU Authentication Solutions Group. He spent 13 years at Adhesives Research, where he held roles of increasing responsibility within quality and regulatory affairs, commercial development, operations and product and process development. He also worked at Air Products and Chemicals and Johnson Controls.
