Innovative Medical Device Solutions Acquired, Joining CoorsTek Medical

Innovative Medical Device Solutions (IMDS), contract manufacturer of orthopaedic implants and instruments, was acquired by Golden Equity Investments and will become part of ceramics supplier CoorsTek Medical.

IMDS has seven U.S. locations specializing in outsource product development and manufacturing for medical device OEMs, as well as innovation partnerships with surgeon inventors and IDNs. IMDS provides Strategic Sourcing for all stages of a product life cycle:
