As a complement to its current facility in New Britain, Okay Industries is developing a 63,000-square-foot engineering and manufacturing facility, focused upon the medical industry, in Berlin, Connecticut. The company’s plans for expansion also include a 14,000-square-foot facility in Alajuela, Costa Rica.
Okay Industries provides metal stamping, CNC machining, laser welding, automated assembly, design engineering and supply-chain management. Okay’s metallurgical and engineering expertise makes them a go-to supplier for implantable titanium, nitinol and other challenging metal applications. The company has experienced double-digit sales increases over the past several years.
